Customers at Bettys and Bettys Cookery School have been asking for a cookery book for years. A Year of Family Recipes is a personal collection of over 100 recipes by Lesley Wild from the Bettys family.

For over two decades, Lesley has been the creative talent and inspiration behind the dishes served at Bettys Café Tea Rooms. Seven years ago, Lesley opened Bettys Cookery School in Harrogate, giving her the opportunity to share her passion of good food with customers.

This 260 page hardbacked book covers everything from bread and jam making to suppers and salads; home baking and sophisticated entertaining.
