• Prices displayed apply to online purchases only - they do not apply to other methods of purchase.
• Dispatch will usually be within 14 days, except for pre-publication offers which will be supplied within 14 days of publication.
• In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will notify you and refund accordingly.
• In the event that a book is faulty, or received in an unsatisfactory condition, a replacement will be sent to you plus a refund for any postage incurred for returning the goods to us.
• If you decide, within 7 working days of receipt, that you do not wish to keep a book, you may return it, in good condition, and a refund of the book price (excluding postage and packing) will be made.
• Before returning a book for any reason, please notify Great Northern Books by phone or email.
